At Whole Latte Love, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home espresso experience. If your equipment isn't the perfect fit, you can return most items in new condition within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Submit a Request

  Log into your account or use our guest portal to initiate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) within 30 days of receiving your order.

• 2.
  Clean and Pack

  Thoroughly clean and descale all equipment, then pack it securely in the original manufacturer's packaging and a sturdy outer shipping box.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix your prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at the designated carrier location, ensuring you keep a copy of your tracking number.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians inspect your return for completeness and condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
